You will need: 500 g beans, 1 kg tomatoes, 1.5 tbsp vinegar, 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil, 1.5 tsp salt, 2.5 tbsp sugar, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight and boil them until almost done. Mince the tomatoes using any convenient method, strain them through a sieve, and bring the resulting tomato juice to a boil. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then add the beans with the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil again and simmer for 20-30 minutes over low heat. White beans cook a little faster, red beans a little longer. Seal the preserve in sterilized jars.

You will need: 1 kg beans, 200 g tomato paste, 4 tbsp vinegar, 6 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 2.5 liters water.
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight, then cover them with fresh water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 40 minutes over minimal heat. Add the tomato paste, sugar, and salt, and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the beans are tender. Pour in the vinegar and distribute the preserve into sterilized jars.

3. Beans with Vegetables in Tomato Sauce for Winter

You will need: 200 g beans, 800 g tomatoes, 250 g carrots, 300 g bell peppers, 250 g onions, 100 ml vegetable oil, 20 ml vinegar, 10 g salt, 15 g sugar, spices.
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight and boil them until tender. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder and chop the remaining vegetables. Sauté the chopped vegetables for 4-5 minutes in vegetable oil, pour in the tomato puree, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat. Add the beans, salt, sugar, and spices, simmer for another 15 minutes, and pour in the vinegar. Seal the preserve in sterilized jars.
4. Beans in Tomato Sauce without Vinegar for Winter

You will need: 400 g beans, 1 kg tomatoes, 500 g onions, 500 g bell peppers, 500 g carrots, 80-100 g tomato paste, 1 chili pepper, 120 ml vegetable oil, 50 g sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 0.5 tsp citric acid.
Preparation: Soak and boil the beans until tender in advance. Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder and chop the remaining vegetables. Add vegetable oil, salt, and sugar, bring the mixture to a boil, and only then add the beans.
Simmer everything together for about 1 hour over low heat, add the tomato paste with citric acid, and cook for another 5 minutes. Seal the preserve in sterilized jars for winter.

5. Green Beans in Tomato Sauce for Winter

You will need: 1.5 kg green beans, 2 kg tomatoes, 400 g onions, 300 g carrots, 8 cloves garlic, 4 tbsp vinegar, 50 g sugar, 15 g salt.
Preparation: Chop and parboil the green beans for 2 minutes in boiling water. Mince the onions with garlic, grate the carrots. Sauté the vegetables until soft and remove from heat.
Using a blender or meat grinder, mince the tomatoes, then bring this puree to a boil. Add the green beans, sautéed vegetables, and remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil again, simmer for 2-3 minutes, and seal in sterilized jars.
