Preparation: If you want to remove the skin – blanch the fruits for 45-60 seconds in boiling water and then quickly cool them in ice water. If not essential – skip this step.
Wash and dry the apricots, remove the pits, and sprinkle the fruits with sugar. Blend them until smooth. If needed, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency. Pour the apricot puree into portioned containers or ice cube trays and place in the freezer.
