Preparation: Cut the eggplants into sticks and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with sugar, and cook over medium heat until the vinegar evaporates. Continuously turn the eggplants. Add chopped garlic, heat for another 1 minute, and remove from heat.
