Prep time: 40 minutes.
Servings: 10.
Ingredients
- 700 g chicken or turkey fillet;
- 100 g cottage cheese, 5% fat;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Using a sharp knife, cut the fillet into small cubes. Grate the onion, press the garlic through a press, and finely chop the parsley.
- Combine the chicken, cottage cheese, egg, oatmeal, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, paprika, and ground black pepper. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell slightly.
- Moisten your hands with water and form small, uniform cutlets from the mixture.
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket, leaving a small space between them, and cook for 15-17 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 8 minutes, carefully flip the cutlets with a spatula.
