Ingredients
- 700 g tilapia fillet;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 g wheat flour;
- 40 g breadcrumbs;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Cut the thawed tilapia fillet into serving pieces.
- Whisk the eggs with ground black pepper and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with paprika and dried garlic.
- Dredge the fish pieces in the flour mixture, then dip them into the beaten eggs and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the tilapia to the air fryer basket and lightly spray with vegetable oil.
- Cook the fish for approximately 14-16 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 7-8 minutes, carefully flip the pieces with a spatula.
