Avocado and Shrimp Salad – A Delicious Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 avocados;
- 350-400 g peeled shrimp;
- 100 g mixed salad greens;
- 12 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cucumber;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and dry the mixed salad greens. Cut the avocado and cucumber into large pieces, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes in a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil, then let them cool slightly.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice, whole grain mustard, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Combine the mixed salad greens, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and shrimp. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently mix before serving.
