Ingredients
- 600 g beef;
- 2 onions;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour;
- 400-450 ml beef broth or water;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander;

- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Cut the beef into small pieces, and the onions into thin half-rings.
- Fry the meat for 10-12 minutes in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, then add the onion and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
- Add the flour, paprika, and coriander, then add the tomato paste, stir, and heat for 1 minute.
- After that, pour in the hot broth, add salt and ground black pepper. Cover and simmer the goulash for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes until the meat is tender.
- You can also use water instead of broth, but with broth, the goulash will have a richer flavor. Enjoy your meal!
