Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast;
- 50 ml soy sauce;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and pat dry the chicken breast with paper towels. Cut the meat into long strips.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, paprika, ground ginger, and ground black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, mix, and let it marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After that, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes over high heat until golden brown.
- Then pour in the remaining marinade and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
