Even a familiar chicken breast easily becomes even tastier and more appetizing if you choose the right cooking method. Soy sauce helps the meat acquire a rich flavor and a beautiful golden hue when pan-frying. The entire process takes very little time. We're sharing the best recipe!

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken breast;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast with paper towels. Cut the meat into long strips.
  2. Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, paprika, ground ginger, and ground black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade, mix, and let it marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. After that, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes over high heat until golden brown.
  5. Then pour in the remaining marinade and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
