Speaking of classic combinations, this one cannot be overlooked! Chicken cutlets with pineapple and cheese, baked in an air fryer, turn out juicy, aromatic, and look very appetizing. This recipe is equally suitable for a regular dinner or a festive menu! We share a simple and delicious recipe!

Preparation time: 35 minutes.
Servings: 4.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 6-8 rings of canned pineapple;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets with paper towels. Cut them lengthwise and lightly pound them through cling film.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt.
  3. Spread the prepared sauce over the chicken cutlets, then arrange the pineapple rings on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. You might need fewer pineapples – depending on the size of the fillets and the number of cutlets.
  4. Place the prepared cutlets in the air fryer basket and bake for 14-16 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until a golden-brown cheese crust forms.
