Chicken Drumsticks in Soy Sauce in the Oven – A Delicious Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 60-80 ml soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken drumsticks with paper towels. If desired, make 2-3 shallow cuts on each drumstick with a knife.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, basil, and ground black pepper.
- Pour this marinade over the drumsticks, mix thoroughly, and let them marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Then transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it. You can also use a baking sleeve instead of a dish.
- Bake the dish for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). 10 minutes before it's done, baste the chicken drumsticks with the juices accumulated at the bottom of the dish.
