Chicken Fillet with Vegetables in an Air Fryer – A Delicious Recipe

Thanks to the circulation of hot air, the chicken fillet remains juicy, and the vegetables cook thoroughly while retaining their texture. You'll need minimal oil and very little time. Ingredients
- 700-800 g chicken fillet;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Cut the meat into large cubes. Similarly, cut all vegetables into large pieces.
- Mix olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. If desired, use any other spices and aromatic herbs.
- Combine the chicken and vegetables, pour the marinade over them, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the ingredients to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the dish for about 18-20 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 10 minutes, carefully stir the contents of the basket.
