Ingredients
- 700-800 g ground chicken;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 250 ml sour cream, 20% fat;
- 100 ml water;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and grate the onion or chop it using a blender. Mix the ground chicken with the onion, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and ground black pepper.
- Moisten your hands with water and form small, round meatballs.
- Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the meatballs for about 4-5 minutes, turning them periodically.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix the sour cream with water, garlic, dried dill, and the remaining salt.
- Pour the prepared sour cream sauce into the skillet, cover, and cook the meatballs for another 15-18 minutes over low heat.
