Ingredients
- 700 g ground chicken;
- 1 medium zucchini;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Peel and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, leave it for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess juice.
- Peel and grate the onion and garlic on a fine grater.
- Combine the ground chicken with zucchini, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, dried dill, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
- Moisten your hands with water and form patties of equal size from the mixture.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and cook the patties for another 6-8 minutes.
