Ingredients
- 800 g ground chicken;
- 1 medium zucchini;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 3 tablespoons instant oatmeal;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, let it sit for 10 minutes, and squeeze out the juice. Separately, finely grate the onion and press the garlic through a press.
- Combine the ground chicken with zucchini, onion, garlic, egg, oatmeal, parsley, salt, and all spices. You can add other spices to your taste.
- Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes so the oatmeal can swell slightly. Then form the patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, lightly sprinkle the patties with water to keep them juicier.
- Place the chicken patties in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F) and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
