Chicken Wings and Potatoes in the Oven – Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings;
- 800 g potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and thoroughly pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Peel and cut the potatoes into large wedges, and the onion into half-rings.
- Press the garlic through a press and mix it with vegetable oil, paprika, rosemary, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Place the chicken wings, potatoes, and onion in a large bowl, pour the marinade over them, and mix thoroughly. Transfer everything to a baking dish in a single layer.
- Bake the dish for 50-55 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Carefully stir the potatoes once and flip the wings halfway through cooking.
