Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast or thigh fillet;
- 300 g champignons (button mushrooms);
- 1 onion;
- 60 ml soy sauce;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon honey;
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillet with paper towels, then cut into thin strips.
- Rinse and slice the mushrooms, and cut the peeled onion into half-rings.
- Mix the soy sauce with honey, dried ginger, ground black pepper, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.
- Fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes in preheated oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for another 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After that, pour in the sauce and heat everything together for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds before serving.
