- 600 g chicken fillet;
- 250 g zucchini;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream, 20% fat;
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped herbs;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash, pat dry, and finely chop the chicken fillet with a sharp knife. Grate the zucchini, let it sit for 10 minutes, and drain the excess liquid.
- Peel and press the garlic, finely chop the herbs.
- Combine the chicken with zucchini, garlic, egg, sour cream, flour, herbs, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Next, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and spoon the cutlets into the pan, like pancakes.
- Fry the chopped cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
