Chopped Turkey Cutlets in an Air Fryer: Tender and Juicy – Recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g turkey fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt;
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch;
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and pat dry the turkey fillet with paper towels. Finely chop the meat with a sharp knife.
- Grate the onion or chop it with a blender. Peel and press the garlic, and finely chop the dill.
- Mix the turkey, onion, garlic, egg, Greek yogurt, cornstarch, dill, salt, and all spices. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
- After that, with wet hands, form small cutlets from the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the cutlets for about 15-18 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Flip them once with a spatula halfway through cooking.
