You will need: 800 g chum salmon, 4 figs, 2 eggplants, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1-2 red onions, 2 cloves garlic, 1 lemon, 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tsp honey, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Grease the dish with oil, slice the figs and arrange them at the bottom. Drizzle the fig slices with honey, place the salmon pieces on top, season with salt and spices, and add a lemon slice to each.

Arrange the coarsely chopped vegetables and garlic around the fish, drizzle with oil, and season again. Cover with foil and place the dish on the middle rack of the air fryer. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 220 degrees, and remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
