Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn;
- 50 g butter;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried dill;
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Clean the corn cobs of leaves and silk. Press the garlic through a press.
- Mix the softened butter with garlic, dried dill, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Spread the mixture over each cob, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and wrap tightly in foil.
- Transfer the corn to the air fryer basket and bake for approximately 22-25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Carefully unwrap the foil before serving.
