You will need: 300 ml kefir, 300 g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 250 g flour, 100 g sugar, 1 tsp baking soda.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with sugar, pour in kefir, add baking soda, and mix thoroughly. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and combine it with the kefir mixture. Gradually add flour to the batter. Spoon the cottage cheese pancakes onto a heated pan and fry them on both sides over medium heat.

This recipe uses neither kefir nor milk.

You will need: 250 g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 50 g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch salt.
