Ingredients
- 800 g chicken wings;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon potato starch;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and thoroughly pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. If necessary, cut them at the joints and remove the wingtips.
- Mix vegetable oil with starch, paprika, dried garlic, oregano, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the wings to a large bowl, add the marinade, and mix thoroughly. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- After marinating, arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Bake them for approximately 22-25 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit). After 12 minutes, flip the wings to ensure even browning.
