Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon potato starch;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe

- Mix the vegetable oil with paprika, dried garlic, oregano, ground black pepper, and salt. Add the starch and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the wings to a large bowl, add the marinade, and mix thoroughly to ensure each piece is coated. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- After marinating, arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Flip the wings once about halfway through cooking to ensure an even crisp on both sides.
