Ingredients

  • 400 g cottage cheese;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 400 g wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda;
  • salt;
  • vanillin;
  • vegetable oil for deep frying.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar until a fluffy, light mixture forms, add cottage cheese, baking soda, salt, and vanillin, and whisk again.
  2. Gradually add the sifted flour. Adjust according to the dough's consistency – it should form a ball but still be slightly sticky to the hands.
  3. Form small, round doughnuts of equal size from the dough.
  4. Fry the doughnuts for 3-4 minutes in a pan with plenty of oil until a beautiful golden brown crust forms.
