Ingredients
- 700-800 g pork loin;
- 2 onions;
- 250 g mushrooms;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 100 g mayonnaise;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Slice the pork into pieces about 1.5 cm thick and lightly pound. Peel and slice the onions into thin half-rings, and the mushrooms into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Season the meat with salt, ground black pepper, and dried garlic. Place it in a baking dish.
- Arrange the onions on top, then the mushrooms, and spread mayonnaise over everything. Sprinkle the preparation with grated cheese.
- Bake the French-style meat without potatoes for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Enjoy your meal!
