Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen dumplings;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 180 ml water;
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Fry the dumplings for 4-5 minutes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  2. Then pour in the water, add dried garlic, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
  3. Cover the pan and cook the dumplings for about 7-8 minutes until the water has almost completely evaporated.
  4. Sprinkle the fried dumplings with grated cheese, cover the pan again, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
