Ingredients
- 500 g frozen dumplings;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- 180 ml water;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Fry the dumplings for 4-5 minutes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Then pour in the water, add dried garlic, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Cover the pan and cook the dumplings for about 7-8 minutes until the water has almost completely evaporated.
- Sprinkle the fried dumplings with grated cheese, cover the pan again, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
