Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked rice;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 3 green onion stalks;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Chop the green onions and press the garlic through a press. Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth.
  2. Pour the eggs into a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Set the resulting omelet aside.
  3. Add the carrot and garlic to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, add the ground black pepper, return the eggs to the pan, and mix again.
  5. Cook the dish for another 2-3 minutes, and before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
