Ingredients
- 300 g cooked rice;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 1 carrot;
- 3 green onion stalks;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Chop the green onions and press the garlic through a press. Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth.
- Pour the eggs into a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Set the resulting omelet aside.
- Add the carrot and garlic to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, add the ground black pepper, return the eggs to the pan, and mix again.
- Cook the dish for another 2-3 minutes, and before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
