Ingredients
- 1 kg large peeled shrimp;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Press the garlic through a press and mix it with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. If desired, you can use other spices to taste.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, gently mix, and let marinate for 20-30 minutes. No longer is needed.
- After marinating, thread the shrimp onto skewers or pre-soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill over well-burnt coals.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden. Do not overcook them!
