Ingredients
- 200 g instant rolled oats;
- 2 bananas;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 40 g walnuts;
- 30 g raisins;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and mash the bananas with a fork until pureed. Roughly chop the walnuts and rinse the raisins.
- Add the egg to the bananas and mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, walnuts, and raisins. Mix again and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- After that, form small round cookies from the dough and place them in a single layer on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes in the air fryer at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
