There are many ways to prepare healthy chicken patties, and one of the most beneficial is to steam them in a multicooker. This method results in very tender and flavorful patties that are perfect for a diet or children's menu. We share a tried-and-tested step-by-step recipe!

Ingredients

  • 600 g ground chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 2 sprigs dill;
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • 700-800 ml water.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Peel and finely grate the onion, chop the dill, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
  2. Combine the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, egg, oatmeal, dill, dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Moisten your hands with water and form the mixture into small, uniform patties.
  4. Pour water into the multicooker bowl and place the chicken patties into the steaming basket. Cook the patties for 25-30 minutes on the "Steam" mode.
