Ingredients
- 600 g ground chicken;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tablespoons instant oatmeal;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 sprigs dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 700-800 ml water.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and finely grate the onion, chop the dill, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
- Combine the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, egg, oatmeal, dill, dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- Moisten your hands with water and form the mixture into small, uniform patties.
- Pour water into the multicooker bowl and place the chicken patties into the steaming basket. Cook the patties for 25-30 minutes on the "Steam" mode.
