The easiest and quickest shawarma recipe with just eight ingredients.
You will need: 300 g chicken, 200 g bell pepper, 200 g tomatoes, 300 g Korean carrots, 400 g cheese, lavash, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
Preparation: Boil or fry the chicken, or use smoked fillet. Cut all ingredients into strips, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Spread lavash with mayonnaise and ketchup, add the filling, roll it up, and fry.
2. Homemade Pork Shawarma
It's best to stew the pork in advance so it's soft and tender.
You will need: 300 g pork, 200 g bell pepper, 200 g tomatoes, 200 g cucumbers, 200 g cabbage, cheese, lavash, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
Preparation: Cut all vegetables into uniform strips or cubes, and grate the cheese. Stew the pork in a small amount of oil and water, broth, or soy sauce. Spread lavash with ketchup and mayonnaise, add the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, roll it up, and heat it in a pan.

Thigh fillet is ideal for shawarma filling because it's juicier and fattier than breast.

Any other meat to your taste can also be used instead of chicken.
You will need: lavash, 3 iceberg lettuce leaves, 200 g chicken, 2 tomatoes, 1 pickled cucumber, spices, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
Preparation: Cut the meat and cucumber into strips, and the tomato into cubes, then drain excess liquid. Tear the lettuce, place the filling in lavash, and drizzle with mayonnaise and ketchup. Roll up the shawarma and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Preparation: Cut the sausage into cubes, tomatoes into rounds, and cucumbers with cabbage into strips. Boiled sausage can be lightly fried with paprika, while smoked sausage can be left as is. You will need: lavash, 200 g pork, 1 iceberg lettuce leaf, 1 cucumber, 1 bell pepper, 50 g Korean carrots, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey and olive oil.

You will need: 100 g liver, lavash, 40 g onion, 50 g sour cream, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp honey, 20 g Suluguni cheese, 40 g cabbage, 15 g red onion, 25 g cucumber, 30 g cherry tomatoes, 20 g carrots, 2 tsp vinegar and sugar, herbs, spices.
