You will need: 1 chicken, 500 ml beer, 3 peppers, 1 onion, 1 tsp each of paprika, dried garlic, and salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp ketchup, 1 clove garlic, salt, a pinch of sugar, hot pepper.
Preparation: Grease the chicken with oil and rub with a mixture of salt, paprika, and dried garlic inside and out. You will need: 1 kg chicken, 120 g bacon, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 250 g mushrooms, 2 celery stalks, 350 ml dry red wine, 1.5 cups broth, butter, 1.5 tbsp flour, garlic, spices.
Preparation: Wash and cut the chicken into portions, roughly chop vegetables and mushrooms, mince garlic, and slice bacon into strips. Fry bacon in butter, transfer to a bowl, and in the same pot with the fat, add all vegetables and garlic, and sauté for 7 minutes, stirring. Add chicken and bacon to the vegetables, pour in wine and broth, add spices, and bring to a boil. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Separately fry mushrooms and mix 2 tbsp softened butter with flour. Add everything to the chicken, stir, bring to a boil, and simmer on the stove for another 10 minutes.

5. Chicken with Quince and Vanilla
If there's ever a time to indulge in culinary experiments, it's definitely New Year's!
You will need: 4 chicken fillets, 150 ml dry white wine, 1/4 lemon, 1 vanilla pod, 45 g brown sugar, 4 quinces, 50 ml pomegranate sauce, spices.
