You will need: 4 bunches of dill.

Preparation: Sort, wash, and dry the dill, gather it into small bunches, and trim the ends. Tightly wrap each bunch in foil and arrange them flat in the freezer. You can also use plastic wrap instead of foil.

You will need: 4 bunches of dill.

Don't thaw everything for use – just scrape off the desired amount with a knife.

You will need: 4 bunches of dill.

Preparation: Wash and dry the dill. Blanch it for 45-60 seconds in boiling water, drain, and finely chop. Tightly pack the herb into silicone or plastic molds, wrap everything in plastic wrap, and place in the freezer. If needed, later remove the dill from the molds and transfer it to a zip-top bag.
