Juicy Pork Loin in Foil in the Oven – A Simple Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.4 kg pork loin;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Thoroughly wash and pat dry the pork loin with paper towels. Make small incisions all over the surface of the meat with a knife.
- Peel and slice the garlic thinly. Insert the garlic slices into the incisions.
- Mix the whole grain mustard, vegetable oil, rosemary, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the pork thoroughly on all sides and let it marinate for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
- Then tightly wrap the pork loin in two layers of foil and transfer it to a baking dish.
- Bake the pork loin for approximately 1 hour 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius (340°F). After that, unwrap the foil and bake the meat for another 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F) until golden brown.
