Ingredients

Instead of Suluguni, you can also use any good melting cheese that you prefer.

  • 1 roti flatbread;
  • 100 g Suluguni cheese;
  • 15 g butter.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Fry the flatbread in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes until partially cooked. Flip it over.
  2. Grate the Suluguni cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over half of the roti flatbread. Cover with the other half, pressing lightly with a spatula.
  3. Fry the khachapuri for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

  • 1 roti flatbread;
  • 80 g Suluguni cheese;
  • 50 g Adyghe cheese;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 10 g butter.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Place the roti flatbread on parchment paper, fold the opposite edges towards the center, and secure the ends with toothpicks to form a boat shape.
  2. Grate and mix both types of cheese. Fill the boat with cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  3. Then, make a small indentation in the center of the cheese and crack in the yolk or the whole egg.
