Ingredients
- 4 trout steaks;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 sprigs dill;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the trout steaks with paper towels. Slice the lemon into thin rounds, finely chop the dill, and press the garlic through a press.
- Mix the olive oil with garlic, thyme, ground black pepper, salt, and half of the dill.
- Brush the steaks with the prepared marinade and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, place each steak on a separate sheet of foil, arrange lemon slices on top, and wrap tightly.
- Bake the trout for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Before serving, sprinkle the dish with the remaining dill.
