It's almost impossible to overcook or ruin it, so making mackerel skewers doesn't require any complex skills. We're sharing a great step-by-step recipe that anyone can master!

Servings: 4.
Ingredients
- 2 mackerel;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the mackerel with paper towels. Remove the head, tail, and large bones, then cut the fish fillets into large pieces.
- Separately, press the garlic and mix it with vegetable oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Add the fish pieces to the marinade, mix gently, and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- After marinating, thread the mackerel onto skewers, leaving a small space between the pieces.
