Marinade for Pork Shank in the Oven – Simple Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 5-6 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram;
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and press the garlic through a garlic press.
- Combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and vegetable oil.
- Add garlic, smoked paprika, marjoram, ground coriander, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
- This marinade will be enough for 1.5-2 kg of pork shank. To help the meat absorb the marinade better, make several deep cuts with a knife. Marinate the pork for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, or preferably overnight.
