- 1 kg bone-in pork loin;
- 3-4 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon honey;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and pat dry the pork loin with paper towels. Make shallow cuts in the fat layer with a knife.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Rub the meat with this marinade on all sides and let it marinate for 40 minutes at room temperature.
- Then transfer the loin to a baking dish and cover with foil.
