- 50-60 ml soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons honey;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and thoroughly pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. If desired, cut them at the joints.
- Peel and press the garlic. Mix it with soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, smoked paprika, ground ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour this marinade over the wings, mix thoroughly, and let them marinate for 40-50 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Then transfer the chicken wings to a baking dish in a single layer and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Bake the dish for approximately 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). Be sure to flip the wings once during cooking so they brown evenly.
