- 600 g tilapia fillet;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thaw, rinse, and pat dry the tilapia fillets with paper towels.
- Press the garlic through a press and mix it with olive oil, lemon juice, basil, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the fillets with the prepared marinade and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, transfer the fish to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the tilapia for 18-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Done!
