Ingredients
- 800 g ground turkey;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 3 tablespoons milk;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Peel and finely grate the onion, press the garlic through a press.
- Mix the ground turkey with onion, garlic, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, dried dill, ground black pepper, and salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Moisten your hands with water and form small, uniform meatballs from the mixture. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).
