Ingredients

  • 500 g peeled shrimp;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions;
  • 3-4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Thaw and thoroughly pat dry the shrimp with paper towels. Press the garlic through a press and finely chop the green onions.
  2. Sauté the garlic for 20-30 seconds in a heated skillet with vegetable oil.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, season with pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle the cooked shrimp with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
