Ingredients
- 500 g peeled shrimp;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions;
- 3-4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thaw and thoroughly pat dry the shrimp with paper towels. Press the garlic through a press and finely chop the green onions.
- Sauté the garlic for 20-30 seconds in a heated skillet with vegetable oil.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce, season with pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Before serving, sprinkle the cooked shrimp with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
