- 2 chicken eggs;
- 120 g all-purpose flour;
- 100 ml milk;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thaw, rinse, and pat dry the tilapia fillets with paper towels. Cut into serving pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pour in the milk, then add the flour, dried garlic, paprika, and ground black pepper. Mix the resulting batter until smooth.
- Dip each piece of tilapia into the batter and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side in a preheated pan with oil.
- After frying, transfer the cooked tilapia to paper towels to remove excess oil.
