Ingredients
- 700-800 g pollock fillet;
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Thaw the pollock fillet if necessary, rinse it, and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish into large serving pieces. Roughly chop the zucchini, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dried basil, salt, and ground black pepper. You can also use white pepper or any spices to taste.
- Arrange the vegetables in an air fryer basket, then place the pollock pieces on top. Drizzle everything with the marinade and cover with foil.
- Cook the dish for about 18-20 minutes in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius, then remove the foil and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Be sure to monitor the doneness of the pollock and vegetables, as cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model.
