Ingredients
- 800 g pollock steaks;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried basil;
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thaw pollock steaks if necessary, rinse, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Peel and press garlic through a press. Mix it with olive oil, lemon juice, dried basil, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Brush the steaks with the prepared marinade and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- After that, place the pollock in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook the steaks for approximately 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).
- 5 minutes before the end of cooking, increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius (400°F) to lightly brown the steaks.
