Pork Patties in an Air Fryer: Tender and Juicy – Recipe

Ingredients
- 700-800 g ground pork;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 2 tablespoons milk;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Peel and finely grate the onion, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
- Combine the ground pork, onion, garlic, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, and ground black pepper. You can adjust the amount of spices or add others to your taste.
- Mix the mince thoroughly and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then, wet your hands with water and form small, uniform patties.
- Arrange the patties in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps between them.
- Bake the pork patties for approximately 16-18 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 8-9 minutes, carefully flip them to the other side.
