Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes in the Oven – A Simple and Delicious Recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g pork tenderloin;
- 800 g potatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1.5 teaspoons salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and gently pat dry the pork tenderloin with paper towels. Cut the meat into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut the tubers into 4-6 pieces. Slice the carrots into rounds, and the onions into large half-rings.
- Press the garlic through a press. Mix it with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, thyme, and ground black pepper.
- Place the pork and vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the prepared marinade over them and mix thoroughly so that the spices evenly coat all ingredients.
- After that, transfer everything to a baking dish or a roasting bag. If using a dish, cover it with foil or a lid.
- Bake the dish for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Then remove the foil or cut open the bag and bake the pork with potatoes for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
