4. Cheese Raf

6. Lavender Raf

7. Orange Raf

You will need: 100 ml water, 2 tsp ground coffee, 100 ml 15% cream, 2 tsp orange syrup, orange zest.
Preparation: Brew coffee, heat the cream, and whisk them with coffee and orange syrup in a blender. Whisk until foam appears, pour the raf into a glass, and garnish with zest.
