Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Peel and cut the potatoes into large wedges. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Mix the vegetable oil with paprika, dried garlic, oregano, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly so that all the wedges are coated with this aromatic marinade.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit). Flip the potatoes once halfway through cooking.
